FRC Towing & Roadside Assistance

A five-page operations website designed around a "dispatch ticket" visual language — because a towing company's site should feel like the job it's selling.

What it needed

Real operational content — fleet tonnage classes, coverage suburbs, rate structures, compliance figures, and a way for towing partners to get in touch — presented so it reads as trustworthy at 2am on the side of a highway, not just in a boardroom.

What we built

A dispatch-ticket design system: forms, tables, and callouts styled like the paperwork a dispatcher actually hands over. FAQs, fleet classes, and a partner intake form all sit inside that same visual language, built as a fast, dependency-free static site.

Alongside the build, we produced a client-facing presentation and a formal quotation — the same standard of polish we bring to the code.

The decision: static, dependency-free HTML/CSS/JS over a CMS. A five-page operations site doesn't need a content platform to maintain — it needs to load fast for someone standing on the side of a highway with patchy signal. No build step, no framework overhead, nothing to update six months from now just to stay secure.
